END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR SWISS KNIFE AI
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Digital Ventures Pte Ltd FZ LLC ("DVFZ") operating the platform Swiss Knife AI ("Service"). If such negotiations fail, the parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
